Troutman hurts a motor at Bedford Speedway

Drake Troutman made the short trip to Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pa.) on Friday afternoon to pilot his Smith Transport No. 7 Modified. After suffering a flat right-rear on the sixth lap of the feature, Troutman charged from the tail to the front and began distancing himself from the field when a caution flew on the final lap. He shot out to the lead on the final circuit but blew a motor coming to checkered that marked him second on the final rundown. He trailed Chris Cogan to the checkers with David Green, Kyle Becketts, and Mike Meck rounding out the Top-5.
