Drake Troutman follows Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series to Tennessee for Mountain Moonshine Classic
After a busy weekend in his home state, Drake Troutman rejoined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series on Friday afternoon for the first night of the Mountain Moonshine Classic at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.).
Transferring his way to the $10,000-to-win opener through a B-Main, Troutman recorded a 20th-place finish on night one.
For Saturday's $50,000-to-win main event, Drake started 22nd and was on early retiree on lap 24.
Troutman is currently second in the Rookie of the Year standings.
